FAQs

  • Do you do custom orders?

We do offer custom sizes for bedding, tablecloths, table runners, and curtains. We do not customize our clothing. To request a custom size, please contact us before making a purchase and we'll provide you with details and price. PLEASE NOTE: Custom sizes cannot be returned.

  • Will the colors of my linens match?

The color of natural linen depends heavily on its growing conditions, meaning fabrics made from this year's crop might differ in color from the year before, even after dyeing.

If you need a matching set, we recommend ordering everything in one purchase.

  • Wholesale Availability

We do offer wholesale to like-minded stores and boutiques all over the world. For more details, please contact me directly.

  • Gift wrapping and packaging

Each of our orders is wrapped with love and a special MagicLinen tape, however, we do not offer any special gift wrapping or cards.

  • Care instructions

Caring for linen is simple: you can both hand wash and machine wash linen items at low temperatures (40 C/104 F). Linen can be tumble-dried on low heat. We don’t recommend using bleach or detergent with optical brighteners as they tend to weaken the fibers. Wash separately or with similar colors. Wrinkliness is part of linen's charm – We do not recommend to iron your linens but if you must, do it on low heat when the garment is still a little damp.
